Project: New steel-frame pruduction plant; The net usable floor area of the buildings totals more than 20,000 m2, of which 3,790 m2 is allocated to the paint shop, 2,350 m2 to the coating hall and the annex, 12,375 m2 to the production halls, and 1,600 m2 to a two-story office building. A completely new utility network is being constructed on the site, including utility connections, stormwater basins, and a firewater tank. The new road network, parking spaces, and loading zones located at both ends of the building for receiving raw materials and shipping finished products make up the more than 38,000 m2 of paved areas.
