Conversion of an existing building in a grocery store

Project: Conversion of an existing building with a floor area of 2,000 m2; the main building of the new branch will be created through the partial demolition, renovation, and expansion of an existing reinforced concrete structure with steel columns. A new loading dock and a building for the bottle return warehouse will be constructed at the end of the main building. Next to the branch, a parking lot with 119 spaces will be built, equipped with new utility connections and access to the public road network.
