High-bay warehouse, Szada

Project: The high-bay warehouse was built at the Mondi Szada Kft site as an extension of the existing plant. The main features of the high-rise building: foundation with drilled pile foundations, base of monolithic reinforced concrete, load-bearing frame construction made of precast reinforced concrete, structure, facade wall structure, mounted wall cassette system, roof insulation PVC film, floor structure with high precision industrial floor resin coating, including the induction forklift control built into the floor. The construction included the complete electrical and building technology with fire alarm and sprinkler system, the construction of a high-bay system and the construction of a 1,500 m2 asphalt fire service access road. The usable area of the high-bay warehouse is 1875 m2.
