Weninger winery in Sopron-Balf

Project: The client is Weninger Franz from Austria, who had wineries in the Sopron wine region. The winery is located in Balf and was built in incisions on sloping terrain. The function is based on the barrel store practically sunk in the floor, the processing and filling plant with high ceilings, service rooms, social block, offices on the upper floor and a tasting room. The entire building consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete structure in exposed concrete quality on the exposed surfaces. The implementation took place as a general contractor, the construction work included master builder, expansion work, building services and electrical installation, utilities and road construction. The building has a floor area of 1250 m2.
