About us
STETTIN-HUNGARIA Magas- és Mélyépítőipari Kft is a construction company with great and extensive experience. The business fields of the construction company include the entire service range of the construction industry and the complete takeover and turnkey execution of general construction projects.
The company’s headquarters are located in Sopron, Somfalvi út 14, on its own 8-hectare industrial site. Since 1997, tunnel formwork systems for worldwide use have been manufactured at the industrial site in Sopron. Our state-of-the-art machinery provides an excellent basis for the production of tunnel formwork systems.
The branch in the capital Budapest is located in the 11th district, Dombóvári út 9.
The master builder work is carried out by highly trained in-house personnel. The specialist work is carried out by qualified subcontractors with whom a successful cooperation has existed for many years. The construction of large and well-known projects is closely associated with the name of the company.
Our history
STETTIN-HUNGARIA was registered in Hungary in 1993 with a listed capital of 55 million forints and in the same year Stettin Hoch- und Tiefbau Unternehmung bought the industrial site of the Győr-Moson-Sopron State Construction Company. STETTIN-HUNGARIA is 100 percent owned by the Austrian ÖSTU-STETTIN Hoch- und Tiefbau GmbH and is one of the most important construction companies in the region. The orders are acquired in both private and public tenders.
Quality
Preparations for the introduction of the ISO 9002 quality system began as early as 1998. In autumn 1999, the construction company was fully certified according to ISO 9002. In February 2002, the ISO 9001 quality system was introduced. With the introduction of the MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system, our company has demonstrated its responsible attitude towards the environment. We pay great attention to health and safety in the workplace. Therefore, we have decided to implement a management system for occupational health and safety (MEBIR) in accordance with MSZ 28001:2008 and are currently applying the requirements of the successor standard MSZ 45001:2018 in our operations.
