Project: New construction of a hotel building with 156 rooms in the UNESCO-listed area in Budapest’s 5th district.
4 floors underground car park with 56 parking spaces + ground floor with lobby, winter garden, kitchen, restaurant + 7 floors with 156 rooms. The building services are located on floor 8.
The building is located in the city center and is building a gap.
Total net area: 7104.11 m2, basement floor area: 2813.02 m2, ground floor + upper floors: 4291.09 m2
The building was built in a work pit with sheet pile technology, the construction is made of reinforced concrete, the facade consists of a combination of fiber cement and natural stone. The construction was carried out according to the H Hotels standards, including the complete building services and electrical fittings for the hotel’s kitchen technology.
