Hotel Sopron – construction of the wellness area

Project: The construction work began with the partial demolition of the reinforced concrete construction built in 1982 and replaced by 10.5 m high precast reinforced concrete construction. The facade was made with a ventilated fiber cement cladding and large window areas. The new wellness area has an area of 250 m2, where, among other things, a jacuzzi, steam cabin, Finnish and infra sauna, ice fountain, a fitness room, a bar and massage and other rooms, as well as the building services rooms were accommodated. The location and the built-in large windows offer a unique panorama of the city that guests can enjoy undisturbed during their relaxation.
