Project: The general contractor services included the new construction of an apartment house with 81 apartments in 3 building towers on 10 floors. The property area is 4163 m2, the parking garage has 81 parking spaces. The basement and the ground floor of the building are assembled, but the individual towers are separate. The building construction is made of reinforced concrete with masonry, on the facade with glass cladding. The apartments are of various sizes and geometries.
