Extension of the component production house and construction of a new warehouse

Phase 1: The service includes a spare parts production hall and workshop and a two-storey office block on a total of 3,800 m2 and an open loading yard with 970 m2. The foundations were made with goblets and base beams. The hall has a steel frame with sandwich panel cladding, on the roof there is 16 cm thick insulation and PVC water insulation. The floor is a reinforced seamless industrial floor in the entire hall.
The hall is completely ventilated and cooled.
The new building section belongs to its own fire section, the separation was made with a 30 cm thick Y-tong fire protection wall, 3 fire protection sliding doors and PVC high-speed door.

Phase 2: PPL warehouse with 3,900 m2 and 5 docking points with 700 m2. The foundation was also made with goblets and base beams and the construction is made of steel with a sandwich panel cladding, 16 cm insulation and PVC insulation were made on the roof. A reinforced industrial floor was installed in the hall. A two-story office section including social rooms was built in the hall. The new building section belongs to its own fire section, the separation was made with a 30 cm thick Y-tong fire protection wall, 3 fire protection sliding doors and PVC high-speed door. In addition, 5 insulated docking points for trucks were created. The hall also has a 100 m3 extinguishing water pond and a parking lot with 25 parking spaces.
