Project: The project includes the general contractor works for a total of 56 apartments, basement floor + 5 upper floors, consisting of 2 buildings, as well as the horticulture.
The floor area is 2519 m2 + 623.3 m2 of terraces, loggia, balconies and 516.32 m2 of storage area. A parking lot with 56 spaces was also created.
The building has a flat foundation and a brick supporting structure. There is also an elevator in every building.
